In the field of medicine they do just that. They complete their internships, then do a fellowship or residency with experienced doctors who teach them how to hone their skills and how to navigate the business side of practice.
In chiropractic, the new graduate is left to fight their way through to ….hopefully come out victorious… and live the life of their dreams. Another option is an Associateship, where the senior doctor may be trying to leave practice or hire someone to fix their already broken, low volume practice.
Imagine… what it would be like if you could get out of school and learn the ropes of practice from a doctor with a good, solid practice, who has a system to teach you step, by step, by step how to achieve your dreams.
